FINMON(Finance Monitoring)
Manufacturing Finance Monitoring System — built for a manufacturing company with multi-unit operations and cross-currency export transactions. Previously, recording sales, receivables, fixed assets, and raw-material compliance reporting was handled separately with no structured approval flow. We built one centralized system covering the whole cycle from sales order to payment, with granular role & permission control and a full audit trail on every transaction.
- Tiered approval flow (PIC → Accounting → Director) with automatic notifications, replacing manual approval
- Multi-currency chart of accounts (7+ foreign currencies) to support export transactions
- Real-time business ratio dashboard (receivables, payables, gross profit) per business unit

Campus Ledger
Campus finance system modernization — the old system was built years ago on an architecture that was hard to develop further. We migrated the entire system to a modern architecture (NestJS + PostgreSQL), while replicating the already-proven business logic — late-fee calculation, payment proof validation, and student billing — so the transition wouldn't disrupt ongoing operations.
- Late-fee calculation centralized into one source of logic, removing the risk of mismatched calculations across modules
- Automatic scheduled billing reminders via WhatsApp & email, replacing one-by-one manual billing
- Self-service portal for students to check bills & payment history, reducing manual back-and-forth with finance staff
SYS RUNEVENT TECHNOLOGY · RACE OPERATIONS
Race Ops(SYS RUN platform)
Registration & operations platform for large-scale running events — covering online registration, ID verification, multi-gateway payment, to check-in and race-pack pickup on event day. This process is usually scattered across many different tools (forms, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, cash registers); we built one centralized system that handles the whole cycle from registration to on-site operations.
- ID OCR verification during registration, replacing manual data entry
- Integration with multiple local payment gateways (QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets) for flexible participant payment
- Real-time check-in & bib/race-pack management on event day, replacing manual logging at the venue

DATABASE
PostgreSQL via Supabase that we host & manage ourselves on our own server — not a shared database owned by a third party.
FILE STORAGE
Every file upload is validated by its actual content (magic-byte), not just the extension or type claimed by the browser. Images are re-encoded to WebP to strip hidden payloads, then stored privately — accessed via signed, time-limited links, not a public folder.
NETWORK & TLS
All traffic requires HTTPS via Let's Encrypt certificates that renew automatically. Default-deny firewall — only the ports actually in use are opened to the public.
DEPLOYMENT
The application, database, and reverse proxy each run as isolated containers, deployed through a pipeline from the repository — not manually uploaded to the production server.
BACKUP
The database is backed up automatically every day with weekly retention, and access to backup files is strictly limited to the system itself — not accessible from a regular account.
